Cat How is Founder and Exec. Creative Director of How&How—a global branding agency with offices in London and LA. Originally a journalist, Cat went on to study at Central Saint Martins and set up How&How in 2020. Cat’s agency works with climate-tech brands and champions gender pay equality. Cat has set up pro-bono climate initiatives, such as GetSet, and is a mentor for Women in Tech. She has judged various design awards; and has spoken about entrepreneurship, creativity and running your own business at Universities and Conferences around the world.
